3rd time renewing PALS + BLS at this facility. Have referred numerous colleagues and friends here. Easy to schedule and clear pre-test instructions were emailed. Plenty of parking! Granola bars, fruit snacks and k-cup coffees provided. Today our instructor was Will and he was clear, competent, approachable and thorough – made understanding the material much easier for me.
