Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my sign-up process for the Pediatric CPR class.  Our instructor was patient, knowledgeable and well-spoken. He made the course fun and such a breeze with his sense of humor. The course was hands-on and we were allowed a few breaks.
