All class times are based on Pacific Time. Please adjust for your time zone to make sure you join on time.
🕒 Time Zone Conversion Example
- Mountain Time: Join 1 hour later (e.g., 12:00 PM PT → 1:00 PM MT)
- Central Time: Join 2 hours later (e.g., 12:00 PM PT → 2:00 PM CT)
- Eastern Time: Join 3 hours later (e.g., 12:00 PM PT → 3:00 PM ET)

💻 Get Familiar with Zoom Before Class
Please take a few minutes before class to make sure your Zoom is working properly.

- 💡 If you don’t have Zoom installed, the link will prompt a quick download of the Zoom Client for Meetings. You can then test your camera, mic, and connection.

🛠️ How to Set Up Your Manikin and Equipment
- Lay out all the contents of your kit on a clear surface
- Do not remove the plastic from the manikin’s face — it's part of the lung bag and required for class
- Do not discard any materials — you’ll need to return them after class
- 🚫 Please do not use a Zoom background or blur effect. We must see you and the manikin clearly
- 📸 Position your camera so the instructor can see you and the manikin from a side or overhead view

Zoom is usually installed automatically when you click the meeting link, but you can download it manually ahead of time:
- Desktop or Laptop: Zoom Client for Meetings
- iPhone/iPad (iOS): App Store
- Android: Google Play

📦 After Class: Return Your Equipment
- Repack the manikin and all items using the original box and the included instructions
- Remove or cross out any old shipping labels
- Drop the box off at your nearest FedEx location
- 📍 Find a FedEx drop-off location
- ✅ Be sure to ask for a drop-off receipt — this is your proof of return
As soon as the return is scanned by FedEx and tracking updates, we’ll issue your certification card that same day.
✅ Your official AHA BLS Provider eCard will be sent directly from the American Heart Association via email.
📧 Be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case.
