Please follow the steps below when registering for your Hospital Fire Safety Certification.
- Click on either “Current Employees” or “New Hires” depending on your status.
- For Employees, click on the class that best works with your schedule. For New Hires, click on the class that was assigned during orientation.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click “Continue with registration.”
- Please register using your full name used in WorkDay and Healthstream so that your completion card can be accurately accounted for.
- Enter in the promo code that you received.
- Complete the form using an email you will have access to for the duration of your certification.
- Review your information and click “Confirm Order.”
- Review the confirmation email.
- Look out for an email from SureFire CPR Online with a link to activate your account. If you do not receive this email, please give us a call at (888) 277-3143.
